These personalized classes are available Onsite and Online for all levels from the most dynamic to restorative. These classes are the perfect opportunity to focus on the unique requirements of your body and energy level getting deeper into the connection with yourself.

Private sessions allow you to work around your schedule with the convenience of either practicing online from your home or office, or in my home yoga studio located in a peaceful place, providing a wonderful setting for private and semi-private yoga sessions.

Cancellations/changes may be made with no charges as long as at least 24 hours notice is given.

Vinyasa | Myofascial & Yin Yoga | Face Yoga
Vinyasa Classes
​
These classes are a dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link poses creating a moving meditation that facilitates freedom of the body and the mind. Every vinyasa class is unique and designed to help increase flexibility, strength, and balance, while practicing being present in the moment. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels of experience.

Yin Yoga Classes
​
A meditative and healing practice that involves holding poses for several minutes, to stimulate and stretch the deep connective tissue. Each Yin pose is an opportunity to go inward and find the appropriate balance of effort and ease. Yin may include the use of props like blocks, bolsters, and straps. This practice is a wonderful way to complement a more active practice to find balance on the mat and in life. Appropriate for all levels.
Myofascial Release & Yin Yoga Classes

Myofascial release refers to the technique of applying gentle pressure on 'trigger points' to release tension in the connective tissues or fascia, in order to reduce or eliminate pain and improve flexibility and mobility of the body. In my practice, we use therapy balls to apply pressure on targeted areas that could be the cause of tension around your hips, stiffness in your shoulders, headaches, and other discomforts due to a sedentary life, poor posture, and other factors. Combining myofascial release and Yin yoga is a powerful way to help release tension and tightness from the body, allowing the flow of energy(Chi) to circulate freely in your body to experience a deep state of ease and relaxation.

Face Yoga Classes
​
Face yoga is a very unique method that combines facial exercises, acupressure, massage, and breathing techniques in order to lift and tone the facial muscles while boosting circulation, blood flow, and collagen production in the face. It is a wonderful way that makes you feel good from the inside out, knowing that you are taking time to take care of yourself will help boost your energy and confidence and simply age gracefully in time.
