Yoga, breathing and meditation are all beautiful ways to heal the body, relax the mind and get the chance to connect with yourself during this time that you devote to take care of your wellbeing,  a one day yoga retreat can be healing for your mental and physical health. it will help you deal with any emotional and mental issues you may be having. It can also be healing for your body if you’ve experienced injury or went through difficult time with your health. You get the benefits of time away, a moment to yourself, and that feeling of rejuvenation while you enjoy making contact with nature, meeting other like minded people and recharging your batteries.

All the retreats are held in different places, with different themes to suit the season and more importantly to suit your needs.

All retreats includes drinks and healthy snacks. Some of them includes a healthy vegan lunch.

Theses retreats are private and semi private to give you an intimate experience to fully enjoy your day.
